- (a) To enter, you must use your News1130 Insider points to buy an entry in the “Win $2500 in Kitchen Remodeling, courtesy of Italstone” contest, which runs from 12 am on Monday, February 6, 2012 to Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 11:59 pm.
(b) A random draw, by a Rogers Radio Ltd. ("Rogers") representative, from all completed entry forms received as of the Contest Closing Date will be made on Monday, March 5, 2012 at Rogers' office at 2440 Ash Street in Vancouver. Selected entrants will be contacted by telephone at the telephone number indicated in the entrant’s News1130 Insider Club account.
(c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached by Friday, March 9, 2012 or declines the prize, another entrant will be selected on or before April 9, 2012..

In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing question, another entrant will be selected on or before April 9, 2012..
(e) INTERNET CONTESTS: If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address and Insider Club Username submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address and Insider Club Username for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address and Insider Club Username is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address and Insider Club Username associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid News1130 Insider Club account that may be identified by the entrant’s Username and Password. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this contest will be the contest server machine(s).

- Participants will be eligible to win one $2500 worth of kitchen remodeling of a value of $2500.
- All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Rogers reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
- In order to win, entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited, mathematical skill testing question, upon the acceptance of the prize. Rogers judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.
- Entrants will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.
- By entering this contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, address and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Rogers and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation. Selected entrants consent to their photograph being taken by Rogers for such use, without further compensation. All entries become the property of Rogers.
- This contest is open to residents of Canada, except employees of Rogers, its parent and affiliate companies; its representatives and agents, the contest suppliers and those with whom they are domiciled. The contest is subject to all applicable provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
- No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants.
