Over the past few years, Italstone has donated more than $250,000 to various charities, including Michael Cuccione Foundation.

The Michael Cuccione Foundation is a BC based charity organization that raises funds exclusively for childhood cancer research. It is named after late Michael Cuccione, who was an inspirational figure to many children around the world, who are diagnosed with various cancers.

At a very young age Michael James Cuccione pledged to 'Make A Difference" against the fight with childhood cancer. Although Michael, who won his battle with this disease, passed away at the tender age of 16 due to respiratory complications; he continued to 'Make A Difference in our lives and impact us in so many ways.

It is Italstone's privilege to help keeping Michael's inspirations and initiatives alive through our continuous support. With help from our charitable donations, the MCF has established 2 endowments for 2 full time young researchers for life, at the newly established Michael Cuccione Laboratory for Oncology Research located at BC's Children's Hospital.
